  They are by far the worst customer service business I have encountered. They completely screwed up my measurements and then told me the wrong size for my best friends wedding. They did not tell us the dresses ran small and then accused me of "gaining weight and not working out" and that's the reason my dress size changed. They did not take responsibility for their mistake and would not even try and help fix the issue. I would have even been ok with a small reimbursement or exchange. I understand paying some for a whole new dress. But that does not mean I should have to pay for the whole thing. They have totally given me the run around and will cover their own mistakes up even if it means totally screwing over someone's big day. They say they do not put people in dress sizes but that is a lie. One of the ladies told me according to my measurements I am a certain size then I ordered it per a professionals advice. Then I received my dress and it was way too small! I called to try and get it fixed then I was completely insulted by being told I was "gaining weight out of control". My measurements have not changed. They type notes in their computers to cover up their own mistakes for each other. I do not recommend them to anyone!! They only want your money and will not help you at all if something goes wrong.
