  They had me send the top 18" of my old ladder, cost $45.00. Then they ship a ladder 2" to wide to fit my existing hardware....This company is pitiful. One out of 13 treads was cut correctly....I stopped payment under Lemon Law. They didn't even measure or check dimensions before 1/2 ads packaging, then charge me $280.00 for delivery plus $150.00 for the ladder....$500.00 for a piece of dung work!!
