  Remember when Best Buy employees would swamp you by the horde and ask if you needed help finding a DVD or CD in a well-organized shelf, arranged alphabetically? Remember tripping over the mass of employees all offering to assist you? Well, it ain't that anymore. Shelves are usually disheveled and the people are few and far between. The best part about them, and why I still give this over-priced giant 3 stars is that they still price match with Amazon. I have saved hundreds (honestly, probably thousands) of dollars over the years price-matching with Amazon and Best Buy still does it every single time. They still stick by their word that they will and they might be the only ones these days.
