  So I went in on Friday to get a bedroom set. Shanese promised me she would have the bedroom set delivered the next day. On Saturday she called and ask was 3:00pm-4:00pm would be okay for delivery I said okay great. At 5:00 pm still NO DELIVERY! Christmas is 2 days away and I have NOTHING in my apartment but a HARD FLOOR! I am in tears because why would someone take my money right before the holidays and don't follow up with business like they should.....my holiday is RUINED!

  I wanted to return a product back, because i wanted to just go buy it flat out.i told the manager it would be Monday morning.instead the manager and his rude assistant shows up at my home on a Saturday morning banging on my door as if I was trying to steal the item. I had this item literally one week, and when I told him I didn't want it and that I would be returning it , he got pissed off..really? I was planming to rent it for 100 a month, then saw the exact item at walmart for 300 dollars..neither the less, they came banging on my door ..waking up my next door neighbors..and cursing at me in front of my children..I was livid! I called the police ON THEM.if I was so wrong, why didn't the police take the item???The worst company I've dealt with in a while. No more renting for me..I'll just buy
