I first called them out to treat a flea problem, I'd tried everything short of bombing the house myself and nothing worked. They treated once, we had to be out of the house for 4 hours, and immediately I noticed a *huge* difference. The fleas were completely dormant within 3 weeks and I haven't seen any since. The service guy who comes monthly is very friendly and professional. Definitely will continue to use them for general pest control and I'm considering using them for termites prevention in the future.
