  The worst customer service in the Pharmacy dept. They never answer the phone (holding now for about 1hr 20 mins now.) Employees don't even acknowledge you at the window until after you've waited 20 minutes. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

  The worst customer service imaginable. In the 2 years my dad's insurance has forced us to use Caremark, this CVS has never had an order on time. Even if you call and they tell you it's ready, it nor ready when you get there. Rude employees. If you call to fill a prescription they wait until you're there to fill it. The absolute worst possible experience every time.
