  The associates who work in this store are incompetent, rude, and liars. I can NEVER get anyone to help me when I shop at this location no matter how many associates I ask for help. I walked up to a group of associates who were too busy chewing gum loudly and gossiping with each other to notice that customers in the store were trying to get their attention. I shopped at this store on Saturday April 8th around 5 pm and purchased a black dress without trying the item on. I did not have time on this particular day to try the dress on, but I needed it for work so I bought it. I asked the lady at the checkout counter if I could return the item if if did not fit. She assured me that I could return it if it did not work out. I tried the dress on at home and it did not fit so I brought it back. The lady refused to let me return my dress and kept the money I payed for the dress as well as the dress itself. Horrible quality clothes and horrible unprofessional associates.
