  This was my first and last time I will ever shop at Hamilton Fireplace. The treatment I received doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was meeting my wife there this morning to purchase patio furniture she picked out a few days earlier. While waiting for my wife to arrive, I walked around the store browsing for about 10 minutes. Never saw a salesperson the entire time. My wife text me to let me know she was running late and I was returning her text. Finally a curly-haired older man with a sour demeanor came from the back. Never greeted me, just rudely told me that I can't have a mobile phone in the store and that I will have to leave. To be quite honest, I was shocked and asked to speak with the manager. He told me he was the owner. When I tried to tell him I was texting my wife who was meeting me there to buy some patio furniture, he gave me an arrogant look and made a sarcastic comment under his breath. Needless to say, I immediately left and will NEVER go back. If that is the owner, then I want to let him know that he just lost a $7500 sale. But more importantly, his attitude just lost a potential customer for life and hope he loses many more!
