  Sent my wife to buy, not look or waste time, but to buy a new refrigerator, washer and dryer for our $500,000 home we just purchased and she was completely ignored and looked over by two associates. We have spent thousands of dollars remodeling our previous home at this location and I was beyond pissed when I received the call about her experience. It’s sad when a woman cannot walk into a place they have patronized for years and not be greeted or serviced. To make matters worse, a couple walked into the department after she did and they were immediately greeted by both associates. I will never spend another dime at this place. We will do our business with Lowe’s from now on. At least they know how to greet customers regardless of race and sex.
