  My experience here was great. I actually showed them there rating here and asked why it was this way. They are under new management now. The staff is very friendly very helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought an engagement ring here. Mrs. Teresa was so helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted the whole staff is so nice. Its the first jewelry store ive ever been to that offered me a drink while i was being waited on. Thank you to all the staff at this location for giving me a great experience.

  Was looking to purchase a Pandora worst customer service asked for price like 3 times still no one helped just ignored me like 15 min so I just left do not recommend this location .

  Unlike the other reviews, I actually had a great experience. I stopped in to browse while waiting on a table at a nearby restaurant and was greeted by Brianne. She was energetic and witty as she showed me the men's watches. She let me browse on my own without that awkward salesperson pressure to buy. They didn't have the exact watch I was looking for in the store so she explained that she could order it and if I don't like it when it arrives I can simply return it. I went on to browse for a few more minutes finding a similar watch at a decent price. In addition, I went in on a day they were offering 15% off select items so I saved a little extra. The process was smooth, professional, and quick. I can't speak for the other salespeople from the other reviews, but if you go in, speak with Brianne if she's there and I'm certain you'll have a fine experience.
