  Great store!!! Love the quality, fashionable, comfort .... and wonderful , knowledgeable , Customer service!!!..shoes, boots, sandels, accessories, clothing! Nice selection! My feet are happy!!!!

  Recently went to Kaufman Shoe Store for the first time and was very pleased, especially with the service. My hairdresser (who stands on her feet ALL day) understood my anxiety to find shoes that were not only stylish, but MAINLY comfortable- and for LONG periods of standing/working. She immediately started pushing me to go to Kaufman. I am NOT easily sold on stores, but she was very persuasive. So later that day, I found myself at Kaufman Shoes. I was gently greeted by a salesperson, a lady named Thea. She was not pushy. Rather, she actually seemed to…care. She made me feel very comfortable and after she found my shoe size she actually walked me through different shoe styles to see what I did and DID NOT like. She LISTENED to me. She also gave HONEST feedback and helped me to NOT waste my time on shoes I did not like or need. I purchased three very comfortable and (actually kind of lovely) shoes that I can stand in all day. I left ABSOLUTELY 100% satisfied. I will be going back to Kaufman Shoes.
