  Cashiers are rude and lack knowledge of customer service. The manager (if you want to call her that) is just as rude. They will never have to worry about me patronizing this location. I prefer Dillards, Macy, or Norstrom anyway!!

  The worst K&G location. The lines are always ridiculously long. Usually because the cashiers are striking up long conversations with other customers like there isn't a line of people waiting. I have never checked out in less than 20 minutes. Which is absurd. Customer service needs major improvement before I'll consider shopping here again. If I could give a negative star I would.

  Dependable in-town location for fashion, men and women. However, some customers aren't cool with having "white people" in the store. Management and employees have been wonderful, but if you are a white customer, maybe give other shoppers a little extra space. I was told by a fellow shopper (a beautiful dark brown lady) that the store "isn't for white girls." 42 minutes ago. Got all three sons and husband outfitted for our wedding here. Excellent for work suits.
