  AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to The Lighting Source upon recommendation from a friend to buy two track lighting pendants for my home. The first time I went in the guys were very helpful and set me in the right direction to find what I was looking for. When I called in to place an order for the pendants I wanted, they took my order and told me it would be two weeks and that they would call me when they came in. 3 weeks passed... so I called and asked about the order - they said they the pendant had been discontinued and they had just forgot to tell me they cancelled my order. I called in a couple days later to order a different pendant and was told they'd call me back in ten minutes... never called. The next day I tried again, same story, 10 minutes, no return call. Finally, I went into the store in person and they said they would need to wait until the next day to order the pendant but they would call me as soon as they open the next day. 12pm the following day... no call. So I called in and told them I wanted to put the order in, they said they'd call and get the information from the manufacturer and "call me back in 10 minutes." What do you think happened?? They never called back and I'm taking my business elsewhere. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experience and I don't expect a whole lot given the fact I went back to them like 5 times. But wow, this place was bad. Take your money elsewhere people
