  Awful customer service, and extremely rude manager. Complete lack of professionalism when dealing with a common sense situation. Delayed due to travel and was still charged for a rental overdue fee despite having a wedding cross country two days prior (middle day Sunday.) Unfortunately, the past three times I was forced to use this location - there were issues with staff attitude.

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They measured one of our groomsmen suits completely wrong. his jacket and vest were way too small on him. We went up there to get the problem fixed and they didn't want to help us at all. They tried to just give us a refund and had an oh well attitude 3 HOURS BEFORE OUR WEDDING. Very rude and unprofessional. We took what was left of the suit our groomsmen could wear and went to the Germantown location. We were gonna see if we could buy a vest or jacket in such short notice. The Germantown location told us there was no way we were paying because it was Mens Warehouse mess up in the first place. They were able to add 2 inches to each side of the vest and fix the suit in the store! Why poplar was ridiculously lazy and didn't want to help us is beyond me, but I will never take my business to that store again. They need to hire a new staff there who actually cares and isn't lazy.
