  Downhill customer services I have used this company many times over the years. Recently, they changed their in store manager. She is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I have never had an issue with them until she was promoted to a manger - or what have you. Since she has been in place I have rented twice. And both experiences have been horrible. Returns use to have to be back before close, not they have to be back by 3. Well, most working people do not get off that early so that is a real problem. Even before, if you were not able to make it that Monday from a weekend rental, as long as you called they were real nice about allowing extra time. Now, she charges 25 extra. On today, it was due back at 3 pm. Well my son arrived at 4pm and she charged my card 25.00. No, customer service or understanding of anything. Not to mention she dealing with reserving the dang on tables and chairs was a hassle.
