  I recently had a new stone set in a ring that had been in a drawer for years. The staff at Platinum was very easy to work with, and had a good understanding of what I wanted. When it was done, what I thought I wanted, wasn't quite right. The manager, Nolan, took the time to talk it through with me and suggested some changes that would get it in line with what I was looking for. He was professional and detail oriented, but most importantly, he was incredibly patient. I'm more than happy with the ring, and know where I'll be going the next time I need something done. There isn't one single thing that could have made that experience better.
