  I went into Rent-a-Center last night looking at some deals surrounding Black Friday. I was apprehensive because I know that places like this have bad reputations for taking advantage of people who don't have good credit. I was surprised at how honest and helpful the staff was there. I asked many pointed questions and the staff was very professional answering all my questions. Even though I decided not to go that route I still found my experience to be positive. I walked out knowing that if I went that direction I knew exactly what I would be getting into- basically no secrets.
