  They had me waiting 4 hours to activate my new service. Then for my wait they said they would give me $70 on my account as credit. It never showed up. I called the store to voice my complaint and they said it would take the store manager to approve it. Called everyday for a week and they said he would be there at certain times and when I called at the times he was suppose to be there, they said he wasn't in. So I went there and sure enough he was there even when they said he wasn't. So don't fall for the extra credit unless they do it that same day and you visually see it.
