  First things first, this place is awesome! I've been planning to switch to AT&T for a while now and the timing couldn't have been better. Monday was one of the weirdest days ever. I have been a C Spire (Cellular South) customer for the last 20 years. Never really had a problem with C Spire. However, my iPhone SE, which is a good, reliable device, crashed and powered off out of the blue and I could not get it back on. Being an Apple engineer, I tried all advanced troubleshooting methods and nothing would respond. This was the final straw in dealing with C Spire. I realize things happen but this iPhone SE was only a year old. I went by the C Spire store and the rep was able to power it on after doing what I had been doing all day. It made no sense and it sounded fishy. Overall, I was not happy and the C Spire rep simply did not care. After all this happened, I stopped by the AT&T store inside the Wolfchase Mall and was helped by Alison. She was amazing, efficient and very friendly! She answered all of my questions and was able to assure me that I won't have any issues with AT&T in the near future. She also explained the benefits of using AT&T and other cool features such as DIRECTV. I told her I would be back as I needed to check the iPhone SE and ensure that everything was backed up without error. As a tech, you learn how it all works with experience and you never want to take your personal data for granted. I returned the next day but Alison wasn't there. No worries because I met Darryl, the really cool manager, and he set me up with Faith, who handled the transaction. She was also super helpful, efficient and friendly just like Alison! They have been trained quite well. Everything was easy and she made the entire experience worthwhile. I never thought it would've been so smooth to switch over to AT&T and I'm sure glad I did. Thanks a million to this store for helping make the holidays worry-free. If you don't want to deal with a large AT&T store in the Memphis area then you should definitely come by this place. They will handle your needs with true professionalism. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and got an awesome iPhone 8. Be sure to get insurance when getting a new device because Apple Care DOES NOT cover theft or loss. You'll be glad you did. Alison and Faith both deserve a raise as they went above and beyond in the realm of customer service. Again, I truly appreciate everything. Keep up the good work, Darryl, Alison and Faith.
