  TMO-TERRIFIC MOBILITY OPTIONS: after about 8 months of testing out their service and reviewing other options I took the MAGENTA plunge! I went from using their prepaid to opting for their T-MOBILE ONE Plan. It met my immediate needs for flexibility, family support, reasonable pricing and travel support. This particular location is a boutique style shop. I found the staff to be helpful but I did find a difference in the understanding about the corporate policies for processing account changes. This is an area for improvement along with my feedback to them on the parking situation ref: 1) no disable driver parking spot and 2) lack of ease for getting in and out of the small closed off loop where they are situated - granted they do not own the property but I would venture to say that if the HQ raised the point with the developer; a review would be done to improve the traffic flow and accommodate the mobility needs of disabled drivers. While there, I met the lively and charming "young at heart" customer who shared her secret to her youthful appearance. I also noticed her trendy driving cap with some creative crochet designs. It was pleasant to see her out and about and to see how helpful the staff was with everyone entering the building during my time there getting my account established. So, before you buy, trial a service and if it works out that it's what you want, go for it and know that you did your due diligence to receive quality in service and products.

  Location and parking are sometimes difficult to get into. Staff did put me into the "jump" program without informing me it cost extra monthly, however after a quick stop in and discussing it with the staff it was resolved. Overall the staff is friendly and I have returned to this location since and have received great service.

  Durty racist employees work there tried to get my hotspot turn on the black girl was playing a game with the computer gave her my money so she was say it didnt go through so i asked nice for a refund idiots
